Learn to make classic bagels the old fashioned way! We will work on a bagel dough made with an active sourdough starter and then another yeasted dough. While the dough rises, we'll set up our water bath and baking stations and learn to make a homemade cream cheese! Next we will shape, boil and bake our bagels!

 

the goal is for all chefs to make 10 bagels to bring home to enjoy for breakfast the next morning!

All Ages however chef under 9 must be accompanied by a paying adult and get their own ticket.
