This mindful, heat-infused Vinyasa Flow is designed to awaken vitality, release tension, and build balanced strength. Kelly’s alignment-based guidance supports safe, intentional movement at your own rhythm.

Expect dynamic, flowing sequences that challenge body and mind while inviting clarity and calm through breath and presence. Each class closes with a grounding savasana for full restoration and integration.

Held in the candlelit atmosphere of the Art & Soul Studio.
