A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mary Jane has made Savannah her home for the past 20 years. Prior to her arrival in Savannah, Mary Jane lived in San Francisco where she was station manager for Alaska Airlines. Serving her community has been a passion for much of her life, and joining the food bank allowed her the opportunity to help her community.
Mary Jane has been with America’s Second Harvest since 2002 when she joined as the Director of Capital Campaigns. She became the Executive Director in 2004 and has increased the distribution of food to coastal Georgia from 4 million pounds a year to 15 million pounds each year.
