We are NOW ACCEPTING VENDORS for our 1st Annual Octoberfest at Bradford Ranch!

We’re looking for a fun variety of vendors, food, shopping, entertainment & activities to help us make our first Octoberfest a HUGE fall event!

🍁 Standard Outdoor Booth – $50
10’ x 10’ space

🏠 Indoor Booth – $75
10’ x 10’ space

🎡 Specialty/Large Outdoor Vendors – $100 per space
Perfect for:
• Inflatables
• Axe Throwing
• Food Trucks
• Mobile Concessions
• Carnival-Style Activities
• Coasters/Rides
• Large Games & Attractions
• Other specialty setups

Food truck vendors must provide their own generator/power when needed, appropriate insurance, and required permits/caterer permits.

💵 VENDORS KEEP THEIR OWN SALES!
Outside vendors will accept their own forms of payment directly from customers.

🎟️ Bradford Ranch/Ol’ MacDonald’s Farm will separately operate our own concession and activity booths using festival tickets/punch cards.

🧹 All vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all belongings/trash following the event.
