Ironsharpeners first meeting.
Hi everyone. I will be starting a monthly morning fellowship and community event at Solid Grounds at the The Outpost Pickwick Dam center.
7:30am-8:30am.
I’m not preparing an organized Bible study or bringing a sermon, though I will have my Bible with me.
My goal is simple, provide a time and space for Christians within our community to interact with other Christians.
Not a time to put on the mask of the modern church where we are all okay.
But a chance to BE the church of Christ in unity and fellowship.
Order a coffee or bring your own drink.
Come prepared to just exist as a Christian and talk to other Christians about what is going on in their life and what is going on in yours.
We will seek Christ. I don’t care what your denomination is. I ask that you come with an attitude of charity as you will hopefully be dealing with people who love Christ yet worship in a different way than you do.
I want to create a space where you can be vulnerable enough to ask for prayer and strong enough to pray for others.
Freedom to be authentic in who you are as you seek to know Christ better through the interaction with fellow brothers and sisters.
Repeating the first Saturday of every month.
