Day 1 (6 hours): Understanding Ingredients Techniques of Lamination, Preparation of Puff pastry, Croissant dough, Danish pastry dough, Brioche dough
Day 2 (6-7 hours): Rolling and finishing dough to prepare: Fruit Jalousie Pastry, Palmiers, Croissants, Bear Claws, Fruit Twist Danish, Brioche Pastries
Registration and attendance on both days is required. A light lunch each day is included.
