Through guided writing and reflective practice, you'll start to recognize the difference between fear talking and instinct speaking, and you'll begin keeping a record of a voice you may have spent years ignoring. You'll leave able to read your own signals with more clarity than you walked in with.EMBODY — Feel Your Intuition Pause. Know. Activate.This is the hinge of the series, where intuition moves from idea to felt skill. You'll learn to sense your own energy and the energy around you, to recognize the small physical signals, the pull toward, the pull away, that your body is always sending. By the end you'll have a practical, repeatable way to pause, drop into what your body senses, and act on it.
