Expect a delightful mix of engaging activities, including numerous giveaways that will add an extra layer of excitement to your time with us, as well as FUN GAMES that will foster creativity and camaraderie among participants.
What to Expect at the Craftmas Retreat
During this festive weekend, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity as you come together with fellow crafting enthusiasts to create beautiful cards, innovative Mixed Media projects and other festive crafts! Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just starting your crafting journey, this event is the perfect way to kick off your making season with a bang! All class kits will be provided, ensuring that you have everything you need at your fingertips. AND the best part? There is absolutely NO HOMEWORK! This means you can focus entirely on enjoying the experience and creating without any added stress. We can't wait to see the amazing projects you will create and share with us!
Additional Activities and Amenities
To further enhance your experience, we will also provide continental breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments throughout the event, ensuring you stay energized and inspired as you work on your projects. There will be designated spaces for relaxation and conversation, where you can take a break, enjoy a beverage, and discuss your crafting ideas with others. In addition, we will also coordinate group dinners to further your connection with new friends!

Lodging Options
Because Craftmas is held during a busy tourist season in Helen, even our group rates for local hotels are on the high side! Due to this, we recommend looking at local cabin rentals. If several attendees go in on a rental cabin together, rates could be between $50-$100 per night, per attendee versus the over $200 group rates at the least expensive hotels. There are literally hundreds of cabin rentals available - click here for some options we found! We have added a space in the registration form asking if you would be willing to share a rental cabin with other attendees. As registrations come in, we will be sure to connect you all together! We think this might be a really fun weekend for bonding and getting to connect with some new (and old) friends! Let us know if you need additional assistance with lodging-we are happy to help!
