YOGA STRONG - TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS from 12:15-12:50 at Dance Core Inc.

Yoga Strong is a 35-minute workout that fuses yoga with strength and mobility training. You’ll build core stability, muscle endurance, and total-body power through targeted poses, bodyweight resistance, and controlled flows while moving the body in ways that maintain or enhance mobility for graceful aging. Expect to sweat, and leave stronger, steadier, and more energized. Lots of options and modifications are offered.
