Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Energy Balance $33

All are welcome to join us in calling back the light!
The Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Energy Balance invites us to honour the natural rhythms of our Mother Earth and her seasons as they are echoed within us- exploring the dark and inviting back the light.
The evening begins with gentle movement and breathing, followed by a guided meditation to find relaxation and comfortable rest.
Next we will take a deep journey within to the ethereal sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums.
Please bring with you blankets, pillows, and other comfort items. Dress comfortably in layers. You may want to also have a journal, pen, and water bottle. Small sacred items welcome.
$33 per person.
