Glow and Flow Yoga Fundraiser

Our annual Glow and Flow Yoga event is a night of movement, mindfulness, and community spirit that raises money for WIC!

Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. annual Glow & Flow Yoga event is a radiant night of movement, mindfulness, and community spirit that is raising money for Women In Crisis.

Slip into your white or neon gear, light up with glow paint (provided!), and flow through an all-levels yoga class under the black lights. Feel the music, move with intention, and glow together for a meaningful cause.

Every stretch, smile, and shimmer helps make a difference in our community. Let’s glow for good!
