Join the Sault Striders tomorrow at 2-2:30ish at White Pines High School. We are going to accompany Cross Country Runner Myles Dininio through the city as he continues his journey for Canadian mental health.  the finishing point is Walmart on the north end of town.  Roughly a 7 km trot.  We will coordinate carpooling the best we can. 

Myles will also be joining us for the Community Strong Race Weekend Shake out run Friday night at 6:30 at the tap room
