This class is a prerequisite for all intermediate suspension yoga classes.

Whether you are new to suspension/inversion yoga or it's been a while and you want a fun refresher, this play-shop is for you!
Learn and revisit all the skills you need to build a safe, fun, and satisfying suspension/inversion practice!
All equipment is provided. No experience needed.

24 hour notice required for cancellation. Cancellations prior to 24 hours before the event will be awarded a credit.
No credit or refunds awarded for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. No refunds for missed classes.
