- **Event Description**: This Native American Heritage Month, join us for an event that offers a powerful space for sharing stories of resilience and exploring paths to healing from the legacy of Indigenous boarding Schools.

Classes/Workshops are open to both Natives and non-Natives. Through a partnership with Sault Tribe, Sault Area Art Center will provide workshops and events celebrating Indigenous culture, crafts, and art to promote wellness within our Native community and beyond. Fees are covered through the CDC Tribal Practices for Wellness in Indian Country Grant.

Priority for class/workshop participants will be given in the following order and by time the form was received:
1. Sault Tribe Members
2. Other Native Tribes
3. Native Household
4. Non-Native

We encourage all community members to sign-up! 48 hours prior to the class, we will let you know if you are in the class or on the waitlist. If you become unable to attend the class, please let us know so we can give your spot to someone else who is interested. If you have any questions please email us at saultartcenter@gmail.com.
