-To receive up-to-date information from knowledgeable staff at no cost to you.
-To learn breastfeeding techniques with a “hands-off” approach (or with staff working over your hands if needed).

The Baby Café will take place on Tuesdays between 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

No appointment or YMCA membership is needed to participate.

Children are welcome to attend the Baby Café. If needed, the YMCA does offer childcare for $5.25 per hour per child to both members and non-members. You will need to make an online reservation 24 hours in advance for kids under the age of 1.
