Chef Cheng is back! Join us for a flavorful evening featuring two Chinese favorites: bold, spicy Kung Pao Chicken and savory Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. You'll watch the master at work, then roll up your sleeves to try techniques yourself with guided participation.

From stir-fry timing to ingredient prep, Chef Cheng will share pro tips, cultural insights, and plenty of hands-on support to build your confidence in the kitchen.
