Winter Solstice Women's Gathering

Join us as we gather in the cozy Yoga Mama'Z Studio for a time to connect with nature, each other and ourselves in the energy of the Winter Solstice.

Grounded in Yoga, Ayurveda, Qigong and meditation practices...we will move, breathe, practice guided meditation, journal and honor nature and the inspiration she holds.

*The winter solstice is the astronomical moment when Earth's Northern Hemisphere is tilted farthest away from the Sun, resulting in the shortest day and longest night of the year in that hemisphere.

It marks the beginning of the astronomical winter season and symbolizes the point of maximum darkness before the days begin to lengthen again.
