Open Mic Night (free!)
This free event is open to the public and welcomes anyone to attend. Whether you're a poet, performer, student, writer, or simply an enthusiast of the written word, this is your chance to share your work or enjoy the creative expressions of others. Sign up to read your poetry or writings in a safe space with an encouraging and supportive audience. We look forward to seeing you there!
Includes writing, storytelling, prose, and any spoken word performances.
Join us for an inspiring "Open Mic" night!
Date: Sunday Feb 8th
Time: 4 pm (Doors open at 3:30 pm, we still start at 4 pm, and we will remain open awhile for chatter and mingling.)
Cost: No charge for this event. Simply show up, or sign up to participate. We do take freewill donations, since we are a non-profit.
What to bring: Feel free to bring a beverage and a snack if you desire.
At past events, our lovely audience has been open, supportive, and encouraging. Our readers and reciters have bared their souls in this space with a wonderful and open audience reception. We exist to uplift and empower.
