Be Inspired Vision Board Workshop brings focus to your visions and dreams and helps to manifest them into reality.
Heather will lead inspired movement (mix of gentle and kundalini Yoga/Qigong/Tapping) and meditation focusing on gratitude for how far you've come, for grounding into the space and get your creative juices flowing.
We then dive into finding images, words, phrases, numbers, colors...anything you see that will enhance your board.
Come with a specific intention or come to try something new!
You don't have to know what your board will be about (sometimes it's more FUN to just let the ideas come in by being open and see what comes to you!)
Light snacks and the materials you need for your board will be provided.
Feel free to bring a journal, a favorite pen if you have one and anything you want to add to your board.
Or just bring you in cozy clothes with an open mind and heart:)
We will be sitting on the floor, so bring a yoga mat if you'd like...otherwise we have plenty of extras along with bolsters and blankets:)
