Come and "Stride for Strength" with us to support Hudson Valley HIE-roes and allow us to reach our goal of helping children diagnosed with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) in the Hudson Valley. Walk, race, or roll — however you participate, make it your own at our 5K! 

Registration Information: Opens 2/9
Ages 12+: $25 until 3/14/25, $35 after
Ages 11 & Under: $10 until 3/14/25, $15 after
Family (2 Adults & 1+ Children): $55 until 3/14/25, $65 after
Group of 5 Adults: $100 until 3/14/25, $125 after

Register by April 10, 2026, to guarantee a swag bag and preferred T-shirt size!
