Rooted in ceremony, breathwork, ritual, meditation,embodiment, and the support of a Sacred Circle, this retreat follows a transformative arc:

FRIDAY — Arrival & Opening the Lineage Field

We begin by grounding into the land, opening the sacred container, setting our intentions, and providing offerings to our ancestors. You’ll be guided into the first descent-an invitation to release inherited burdens to the fire and honor those who came before you with an offering of deep gratitude and presence.

SATURDAY — Descent, Release, & Rising Again

The day opens with a powerful exploration of your lineage story: mapping the generational patterns you’ve inherited, gaining clarity around what has shaped you, and identifying what you’re ready to release. From there, you’ll enter a profound breathwork journey designed to clear generational imprints from the body and reconnect you to the original breath shared with your ancestors across time.

As the ascent begins, you’ll be guided back into your body through earth-based anointing and red-thread connection rituals, as well as a powerful unifying mother-line activation that restores remembrance, belonging, and divine masculine & feminine empowerment.

The evening culminates in a potent ancestral invocation experience-an opportunity to witness and integrate the archetypes and patterns that have lived within your lineage.

SUNDAY — Blessing, Renewal, & Integration

The weekend peaks with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, drum journey, and blessing of the mother line. You’ll close with a water-based cleansing ritual to refresh the bloodline and an integration circle to anchor the transformation you’ve created—for yourself, your lineage, and the generations to come.

Tiffany Grosso is the founder of Compass Rose Coaching and the co-creator of Sister Compass, a sisterhood community devoted to the remembrance of divine feminine magic. With over 30 years of experience in personal development, energy work, and women’s empowerment, Tiffany has guided countless men and women back to their own light and truth through both group and individual practice. She is a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Meditation Teacher, and grief and mental health counselor, as well as a practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Belief Clearing.

Her devotion runs deep: Tiffany has walked with women through the portals of birth, death, transformation, and awakening, serving as both a Certified Birth and Death Doula. Her work is infused with compassion, deep wisdom, and profound intuitive gifts, guiding both men and women gently yet powerfully for the direction of their soul, helping them remember who they truly are and step fully into their own empowerment.

Jen Sheridan is a co-founder of Sister Compass and a devoted guide for women awakening to their own magic. With a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and 16 years of experience as a practicing physician assistant in Boston, Jen bridges grounded knowledge of the body with a deep devotion to the soul. She is a Reiki Master, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Certified Angelic Healer, committed to weaving together spirituality, divine feminine wisdom, and embodied healing.

Jen’s path is one of devotion to women’s empowerment and sacred remembrance. As a sacred mirror, she has a gift for creating spaces where women feel profoundly safe, seen, and held. spaces where truth can rise and transformation can take root. Her facilitation carries both grounded wisdom and empowered love, inviting women into deeper layers of trust, connection, and inner liberation.
