Winter Solstice Yoga & Sound Bath at SYC

On the longest night of the year, we gather to pause, breathe, and welcome the return of the light. Join Michelle Shaw and Teresa Van Eyk for a special evening of solstice-inspired breathwork, yoga, and sound. Michelle will guide you through grounding movement and intention. Teresa will close the evening with a soothing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments.

Come to honor the turning of the season — and the light within.

All are welcome. Mats provided - bring anything additional to keep yourself cozy! This event often sells out. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
