Looking to go a little deeper? Join Amy G, for an in depth exploration of yoga asanas. This workshop focuses on yoga poses that are considered inversions and core strengthening techniques. We'll study and practice supported inversions. You'll learn safe alignment principles, how to modify to meet your needs, benefits and contraindications, as well as the physical and energetic effects.
