This will be an inclusive, social run suitable for all levels, with the emphasis on enjoyment rather than pace.To complete the morning, we’ll unwind with a gentle yoga session with Laura Ross, helping you reset, stretch and restore. We will then have a candle introduction from Nadair Wellness - with the opportunity to browse & purchase.
