I invite you to an uplifting and powerful all WEEKEND WELLNESS event that's all about healing and self-discovery! This "Letting it Go" Plate-Smashing MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS Event is powerful and fun way for you to release any negative emotions and frustrations from the past , symbolizing a fresh start. Participants will write down some things they want to let go of from the past year-whether it's stress, a difficult experience, a bad relationship or a bad habit-on a ceramic plate and then smash it as a symbol of releasing that energy. Whether it's releasing stress, past regrets, or anything holding you back, this event is a safe space to break free and start with renewed energy.
