Shine your light on the darkest day of the year and let yourself sink into stillness this season with Suspended in Sound — a 360° immersive sound bath where waves of live sound wash over you as you rest weightlessly in an aerial hammock.

Drift into deep relaxation as Erin, founder of Sound Haven Wellness and a certified sound therapy practitioner, moves intuitively through the room with instruments from around the world, soothing the body and quieting the mind. A grounding, calming reset during the holiday rush.

• Location: Fly Studios YXE (upstairs loft)
• Times:
– 6:30 PM — 4 spots left

• Facilitator: Erin Barnes, Sound Haven Wellness
• Support: Professional aerialist on-site to assist (hammocks hold up to over 900lbs).
• Bring a small pillow + light blanket if you choose.
