Through feeling these vibrations, you are invited to experience deep states of stillness and connection.Effortlessly unfurl into this special opportunity for the unfoldment of awarenesses within and without.Once registered, you will receive the exact address via the email you have purchased your ticket(s) through. Please reach out to moonYOGA.ca for any inquiries.Class is suitable for beginners and continuing students.Yoga mat + blanket + eye pillow are provided & props arranged in a comfortable "yoga recliner" form that supports the body in comfort. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own props (i.e. extra blanket, pillow) for your special comfort, and dress in warm layers for accommodating changes in body temperature.*If you have any aversion to loud sounds, you may consider using ear plugs.
