✨Birth Stories & Mom Support Circle ✨
Motherhood is not meant to be done alone. This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering for moms to connect, share (or not), and feel supported exactly as they are.
Join us for a casual mom meetup hosted by your local birth and postpartum doulas, where you’re invited to share your birth story, listen to others, and ask any lingering questions you may still carry with you.
Whether your birth was empowering, complicated, healing, or still hard to talk about, you are welcome here.
What to Expect:
🗣️10:30 AM - 12:30 PM – Birth Story Sharing and Support
We’ll open the space for birth story sharing and open conversation. No topics are off limits! Recovery tips, labour positions, parenting hacks are all welcome! As certified doulas, we are here to listen without judgment and hold space for every kind of experience, exactly as it shows up. If you are not comfortable share NO PRESSURE! This is meant to be a safe place!
Bring it all: Strollers, blankets, snacks, toys, whatever helps you feel comfortable. There is TONS of space, and movement is welcome.
📚2:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Afternoon Postpartum Education Class ($25 per family)
This in-depth class is designed to support parents as they navigate the physical, emotional, and mental changes that occur after birth.
We’ll cover key topics such as:
• Postpartum recovery
• Emotional and mental health
• Realistic expectations
• Newborn adjustment
• Building a practical support plan for the weeks following birth
This class offers evidence-based information in a supportive, judgment-free environment, helping parents feel prepared and confident as they enter the postpartum period.
