Matt Johner is a 23-year-old emerging country singer/songwriter whose authentic sound resonates with audiences far and wide! When you get to a Matt show you will NOT want to leave! Matt’s upbringing laid the foundation for his deep-rooted connection to country music. At 15, he began playing with the Johner Brothers as their full-time drummer and backing vocalist, touring across western Canada. Matt’s solo career began in 2024 at local open mic nights, where he honed his craft and built a following. Local venues took notice, and Matt began booking headlining shows which led to a full calendar for the rest of 2024/25. 

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Zac Brown, Keith Urban, and all ‘90s country. With clever lyrics and an upbeat country style, Matt’s songs are sure to please fans everywhere.
Matt’s radio releases Wonder Woman, To Young For Growin’ Up and DUI, have all garnered praises from the industry.  He has more great songs to share with us!
