Join master baker Pat Hawryliw at the Ukrainian Hall (Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Trinity) for a hands-on workshop on baking Paska, the iconic Ukrainian Easter bread symbolizing renewal and joy. Learn to prepare, shape, and decorate Paska using time-honoured techniques passed down from Pat’s family bakery. Suitable for beginners or those refining family traditions.

Pat Hawryliw, Saskatoon-born baker, educator, and cultural leader, draws on decades of experience, including her bestselling book on Ukrainian ritual breads, to teach and inspire participants across the Canadian Prairies.
