Led by Cassandra Knisely — a professionally trained dancer AND registered physiotherapist — this program blends the joy of dance with the science of pediatric rehabilitation. Sessions are 45 minutes — intentionally designed for children with movement disabilities to get maximum benefit without fatigue. That's not a shorter class. That's the right class. This is a non-parented program. Children attend independently, building confidence, social connection, and physical skills in a supportive, joyful environment. This ensures the program is tailored to your child's goals, abilities, and any equipment they use. Each 45-minute session is intentionally paced — enough time for a meaningful, progressive workout without pushing children past their capacity.
