Pre-Registration Information Due to an unforeseen scheduling change, we will not be hosting our usual movie night and pre-registration event this year. Instead, pre-registration will take place at the Park Town Hotel Executive Boardroom. The boardroom is located just past the hotel’s front desk area and is the second door on the right-hand side. Volunteers will be there 4pm-8pm to pre-register and check people in a night early so they can skip the lines on Saturday morning! ? Parking Information Parking is available near TCU Place in a variety of surface lots, parkades, and metered street parking options. Many metered spots downtown are free on Sunday, though time limits may still apply. Nearby parkades, such as Midtown Plaza and the Avalon Lot, offer convenient access within walking distance.
