Furry Friends Full Moon Sound Bath

Calling all dog lovers! This is your chance to experience a sound bath in a slightly different way! This sound bath includes drooling, heavy breathing, licks, burps and farts. AND there will be 2 dogs that you can blame it on! Charlie & Laisey welcome you to their home to spend an hour of meditation and relaxation while they hold the energy in the room.

This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.

The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.

PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place at Darren's home - he has 2 dogs that may be present before/after/during the sound bath.
