Designed for older adults, this class focuses on gentle exercise that supports the activities of daily living, including:
- boosting muscle strength and endurance
- developing stability and mobility in the body
- improving balance, coordination, and agility
- enhancing flexibility
- strengthening mind-body connections
Wednesdays at 1:30 PM in the basement at Christ Church Anglican. There are a total of 12 classes, starting on Sept 28 and ending on Dec 14.
Running shoes or other suitable footwear is recommended.
