Motherhood is not meant to be done alone. This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering for moms to connect, share (or not), and feel supported exactly as they are.

Join us for a casual mom meetup hosted by your local birth and postpartum doulas, where you’re invited to share your birth story, listen to others, and ask any lingering questions you may still carry with you. 

Whether your birth was empowering, complicated, healing, or still hard to talk about, you are welcome here.

? What to Expect:

10:30 AM – Guest Speaker: Jess
We’re excited to welcome Jess, a health and wellness coach who supports women in building a higher quality of life. She’ll be sharing how her personal journey with fertility, hormone, and gut health challenges led her down this path, along with practical, gentle tools to get started.

Jess is generously bringing handouts with easy, healthy meal ideas and DIY electrolytes. Simple stepping stones you can actually use. She’ll also be available to chat one-on-one if you’d like to connect further.

Following the talk – Birth Story Sharing and Support
We’ll open the space for birth story sharing and open conversation. No topics are off limits! Recovery tips, labour positions, parenting hacks are all welcome! As certified doulas, we are here to listen without judgment and hold space for every kind of experience, exactly as it shows up. If you are not comfortable share NO PRESSURE! This is meant to be a safe place! 

? We’ll be staying until 4:00 PM for:
- Casual consultations
- One-on-one questions
- Conversations you may not have wanted to ask in a class setting

? Bring it all:
Strollers, blankets, snacks, toys, whatever helps you feel comfortable. There is TONS of space, and movement is welcome.

✨ Drop in for a few minutes, stay the whole time, or pop your head in while passing by. There’s no pressure, just support, connection, and community.
