I am excited to announce I will be adding an icing consistency advanced beginner class to my schedule! Icing consistency is the hardest skill to get correct when you start working with royal icing--I am here to work through this learning curve together!

To sign up for my icing consistency class, it is recommended that you have taken one of my previous classes. It makes a big difference to have worked with royal icing previously and to have a general idea of what a good consistency looks and feels like.

My icing consistency class gives an introduction to icing consistency and its importance. You will receive hands on experience on how to achieve 3 main icing consistencies. The class will move into hands-on practice with our newly made icing. We will get to opportunity to practice on 3 cookies. I will give step by step guidance on decorating these cookies.
