BGC & Rotaract Adopt a Family Holiday Party!

Join us on Tuesday December 16th at 5:30pm for a special Rotaract Holiday Party! ✨
We will be “adopting” 2–3 families from the Boys and Girls Clubs this holiday season.
We are asking all members to donate a recommended $15 to help cover the cost of buying gifts for these families, as they feel comfortable. Donations can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or in person the day of the event. Venmo (@SaintCloudRotaract) or Paypal (Rotaract Club of Saint Cloud)

The plan is to meet at our party location (Resource Training & Solutions) and carpool to Walmart in Sartell, where we will break into teams—each assigned to a family—and purchase gifts using the club card. We will then return to our party location to wrap the gifts. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. Ugly sweaters encouraged!
Gifts will be dropped off at BGC the following day with a small photo op for anyone able to attend.

Please RSVP so we can accurately plan for number of families to adopt as well as food and drinks for the party.
