Get into the holiday spirit with businesses in downtown Sarnia. kick off the holidays with shopping local and tasting local cuisine, while supporting a local charity- the Sarnia women’s interval home. “Shopping for Change” is a collaborated event of downtown businesses working together to create a Christmas market downtown Sarnia. Enjoy local entertainment, specials and so much more at many businesses, while browsing on November 15th. 2025
Shopping for change features a passport that encourages shoppers to visit stores & restaurants, collecting stamps along the way. Shoppers can earn raffle tickets for a free basket featuring all the special merchandise from downtown businesses. Additionally, shoppers can purchase tickets for other raffle baskets with proceeds benefitting the Sarnia women’s interval home in Sarnia Lambton, making it easy to support a local nonprofit. These baskets will be on display through out the day at Coldwell Banker-169 Christina street, where addtional raffle ticket can be purchased, along with getting your passport checked for the free raffle basket giveaway. All 4 raffle baskets will be filled with all your favourite shops and resturants giftcards and products.
November 15 shopping for change will be hosting a mule and buggy rides through the downtown core. 99.9 THE FOX FM will be live on location at URBANESCAPE INC where shoppers can hear all the lastest abd greatest happenings throughout the day.
The running fools will be hosting a Santa Shuffle starting at 11:00 where runner will be running throughout the downtown core in santa suits spreading christmas cheer. Three local high schools will be singing carols and perfroming classic christmas music.
The Resolution quartet will be performing through the day
Santa will be making an appearance as well.
Dont forget the all businesses will be hosting entertainment, deals and so much more.
