What is Canadian Highlander? It's a 100-card highlander format that uses the Vintage BANNED list, and a subset of points assigned to very powerful cards. Each deck can have a total of 10 points if these cards in it.

The following cards are banned from Vintage play:
25 cards with the Card Type “Conspiracy.”
9 cards that reference "playing for ante."
Cards whose art, text, name, or combination thereof that are racially or culturally offensive are banned in all formats.
