Pull up a chair, slow down and spend a few relaxing hours learning the beautiful craft of sourdough in a welcoming, quiet atmosphere.

We will:
mix, shape, laugh, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating something by hand. 
It’s the perfect way to unplug, meet new people, and take home skills you’ll enjoy for years to come.

Every loaf tells a story, and I’d love to help you begin yours.

🌾all about the starter~ feeding & maintenance 
🌾bulk fermentation- why is this the key to great loaves
🌾Shaping and how it benefits the end result 
🌾Small classes filled with connection and skill development 
🌾private Facebook group and ongoing support 


Class fee~ $100/person 
Duration~ 3 hours
All supplies are included plus ~
each student will receive a jar of healthy, mature starter, bread tools and a loaf of prepped bread to bake at home.
