Breastfeeding in the First 7 Days - Free Prenatal Class

This prenatal class is designed to help you prepare for breastfeeding before your baby arrives.

In this free, one-hour session at Radiant Community Centre, we’ll talk about what breastfeeding really looks like in the first week, from early feeding cues and newborn rhythms to finding a comfortable latch and knowing what’s normal.

It’s a relaxed, supportive space for expectant parents and their support people to learn, ask questions, and build confidence before the whirlwind of those early days.
