- **Event Description**: Mackay & District Taekwon-Do, is holding its annual SPAR WARS tournament within the Sarina State High School Hall.
This event is by invitation only, so if your Instructor has not informed you of this event, please ask him/her to contact our Head Instructor KJN Neville Ward on 0457 280 671 to discuss you and/or your club's involvement.
All students of all ages, ranks and experience, especially Little Dragons (1 – 7 years) are invited to participate in the Spar Wars.
There are medals to compete for, shop and a lunchtime sausage sizzle.
Competitor fees are ONLY $25 each, with Spectators FREE.

SPAR WARS is a sparring only, family friendly event, run primarily to give students exposure to a tournament and to have loads of fun! It is not full contact at all, with the emphasis on clean techniques and Taekwon-Do camaraderie.
It is also a chance for the club to not only fundraise for our upcoming events but to offload all our leftover medals (you can imagine how many are left over after 21 tournaments lol)
