- **Event Description**: Join Brenda for a transformative Winter Solstice practice where we honor the darkest point of the year as a fertile ground for rebirth & transformation. Winter Solstice marks the beginning of Uttarayan solar cycle —the upward movement of the sun- reawakening the light and bringing longer days. It is the cycle of growth and manifestation.

As we move in rhythm of the season we connect to Agni, the sacred fire that is both creation and destruction, inspiration and purification. Agni destroys the old and nourishes the new. This is a time for burning away what holds us back and planting the seeds of what we’re ready to grow.

Using asana, pranayama, meditation and journaling we will work towards letting go and igniting our soul fire Atma Joyir

What to Expect:
• Strong + Grounding asana + mindful movement
• Pranayama to spark inner heat
• Meditation + guided reflection
• Hands-on assists
• Journaling for release + intention setting
