The Art of Wellness

Yaddo offers Yoga classes on select Sundays through October. Join us in our Gardens to tap 100 years of creativity and find your balance in nature.

Using vinyasa flow, these classes are designed to build strength and flexibility as you move mindfully and with attention. Appropriate for yoga enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Cost: $20 per class. Please bring your own mat.

July Instructor: Brenda Reyna, RYT discovered yoga through breathwork in the early 2000s and completed her 200-hour training at Casa de Yoga in El Paso, TX, in 2017. She’s since managed three studios and now co-runs Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs. Her classes blend strength, poetry, music, hands-on assists, and deep stillness, creating space in body, mind, and heart. Brenda lives in Saratoga with her partner Patrick and their pup Alamo. Together, they support movement and recovery through Yoga Mandali and Ecotone Performance.
