Doors open at 6:30, and the show begins at 7 pm with a live audio & video presentation by Chuck Vosganian aka “Rochmon”. Ahead of its time does not do this album justice. Polaroid development engineer Tom Scholz was a part-time musician playing in bar bands in the Boston area and working on creating the “perfect Song” in his homemade basement studio. Did someone say the perfect song? In 1976 Boston released its first eponymous album, with arguably 8 perfect songs including “More Than a Feeling”, “Peace of Mind”, “Long Time”, “Rock & Roll Band”, “Smokin'” and 3 more the “Boston” album will shake the walls and rattle the bones! A great record for the dark days of winter! As always Rochmon will have some surprises in store! For Rochmaniacs at a distance, Rochmon Record Club will also be streaming live on Caffe’ Lena TV.  A Rochmon Record Club Listening Party is meant to inform and deepen our understanding of the history of the individual performers, songs, and stories that went into the making of this classic album.
