Recorded during the spring of 1987 in the final 2 years of the Reagan Presidency, lead singer and lyricist Michael Stipe was on a mission and had something to say. The band mixed a harder rock sound with their acoustic sentiments and nails us with classic R.E.M. songs, “Finest Worksong”, “King of Birds”, ‘Exhuming McCarthy”, “The One I Love”, “It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)” and 6 more. As always Rochmon will have some surprises in store! For Rochmaniacs at a distance, Rochmon Record Club will also be streaming live on Caffe’ Lena TV.
