She creates a safe, non-judgemental environment that allows you to feel trust and the readiness to pause your life. This workshop is an invitation to retreat into your innermost serenity. Restorative yoga is a reposing, grounding, quiet and meditative practice that will help your body to release tension, calm your nervous system and therefore reduce stress levels. The practice can also support you in managing chronic physical pain. As you take respite, your muscles relax and your whole being softens. Now life force energy starts flowing more freely throughout your body and you may immerse yourself in a heartfelt internal presence and experience a deeply felt release. Resting is healing. Restorative yoga is a very gentle practice that teaches us kindness towards ourselves. We will use blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks in each pose for support, comfort and ease. As you repose in various yoga shapes, Claudia will offer individual gentle assists and Reiki to promote a deeper sense of release. She uses singing bowls and applies them as well directly on your body. The healing force of sound and vibration guides you into a deeper state of awareness and bestows tapping into a space beyond your body. She also utilises the harmonium, tuning forks and Thetazen Cascara Waterfall mixed chimes. Reiki is life force energy that cultivates a healing environment within your body. Through the laying on of loving hands, this energy can restore internal balance by removing energetic blockages and/or low/negative energy. Sound and vibration are a holistic tool to heal the layers of our multidimensional being and to connect to the spiritual side of life. REGISTRATION: $70.00 pre-registration required, limited to 6 spots Claudia Bibow is a Master Reiki practitioner in the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui and an experienced Restorative Yoga teacher. She received Sound Healing Training by Sound Healing Gong Master Don Conreaux. She is a 500 hr experienced Bhakti yoga teacher and also received certification for restorative and yin yoga, yoga therapeutics, and for Life Coaching.
