We’ll go beyond the basics, teaching you how to pipe perfect lines, create mirror-like flooded surfaces, intricate patterns, and add beautiful filigree details.

 Ready to take on your own gingerbread house? You’ll also learn some simple construction basics, and get to practice beautiful architectural adornments from our featured cookbook, A Year of Gingerbread Houses: Tips and Tricks for Baking, Assembling, and Decorating by Kristine Samuell.
