It was founded by Leigh Rathner, a former film and TV cameraman, and his wife CIndy Rosenberg, an acupuncturist, in 2021.  They are self-taught and are driven by a commitment to healthy, delicious food and quality ingredients. Franklin Square is proud to carry Night Work’s bread in its Saratoga store.
