My AMAZING mom is this year’s Sarcoma Warrior Nominee. Her leg was amputated a little over a month ago. She is now driving, swimming, trying her best to sit and W**d her gardens… but she also battling phantom pain and sharp nerve pain. The difficult road is still ahead of her. The plan is, to start chemo back up this coming September, to continue the stabilization (hopefully shrinkage) of the Mets in her lungs still.
She is the most positive, motivated, and inspirational person I know, and she deserves all of the support, hugs, and fuel for her soul from people.
